Production and shipping

1 – Design (1–3 days): The moment you place your order, our designers get to work.

Need to change something? Email us or send us a message on Instagram with your order number or email address so we can find it fast.

2 – Production (2–3 days): Most pieces are made in 2–3 days. A few need a special process (hand-painted items, for example) and can take a little longer.

3 – Shipping (7–10 days or sooner): Once production is done, your piece is carefully packed and shipped. Delivery usually takes 7–10 days.

During peak season or bad weather, some deliveries run a few days late. We don't send designs for approval before production. Thanks for understanding.
Not happy with your order?

Because every piece is personalized, we don't accept returns or exchanges.

👉 If you're not completely happy, we'll gladly work with you to find a solution.

👉 If there's a production error on our side, we'll send you a new piece free of charge or refund you in full.

Your personalized order arrives in 7–10 days, including design, production and shipping. Every piece is made with care, so during busy periods and the holiday season it can take a little longer. 🎄

Yes. Choose 2 or 3 pets and upload a photo of each — we'll put them together in one portrait with their names above it.

Because every piece is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns. There's nothing to ship back — if you're not happy, reach out and we'll do everything we can to help.

Yes, but only within the first day after you order. Once production starts, changes aren't possible. Double-check your order before you confirm it, and if you need to change something, email hello@stitchedpup.com.

Yes. Once your order ships, you get a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

The 50" × 60" blanket works beautifully as a cozy throw for the couch. Go for 60" × 80" if you want to cover a whole bed or curl up under it with someone.
